10 étapes pour le soin des jambes

Steps of leg care:

1-Foot bath, where you can put Oxypur salts inside.

2-Leg exfoliation with Frutti Tutti or Oxypur salts and macadam and chamomile oil

3-Massage the legs, from bottom to top, with Oxypur oil .

4-Clean the exfoliation with a washcloth.

5-Massage each leg with the Drainante or the Choco-spicy Fluid or Passion , repeat the massage 3 consecutive times (alternating effleurage, rotation massage) on each leg.

For the thighs , you can also use Gua Sha for your massage.

6-We add Light Legs .

7-We swaddle the legs using woolen tights (the tights are wet with cold water and wrung out).

8- Rest for 20 minutes and you can also raise your legs. So you can take the opportunity to pamper yourself during this time or pamper the person you are doing it to.

9-Once the time has elapsed, remove the tights and wipe them.

10-We apply a finishing treatment: If we want to warm up : Spicy Choco Fluid or Ayurvedic and if we want to refresh we use: Light Legs , a muslin or one of our butters.
