Beauty ritual for mature skin

Rituel beauté pour peau mature

Here is a morning and evening beauty ritual as well as a complete treatment worthy of a beauty salon and which is especially aimed at people with mature skin who wish to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, tone the oval of the face and brighten the complexion.

Before starting the treatment, preparation:

* Heat is important when working on wrinkles; before starting the ritual, it is a good idea to have your hands very warm, by warming them, for example in a bowl of hot water placed near you for the duration of the treatment.
* Preparing our mixture for soaking in a small container before starting the treatment is an interesting tip that will allow you to enjoy it later.

The morning beauty ritual:

1. Moisten the skin (by ablution): spray a little floral water into the palm of your hands and bring it to your face.
2. Surface cleansing: Massage the Cleansing Oil thoroughly into the skin with both hands for 1 minute, including the lips and the area around the mouth. Rinse with a warm, wet washcloth.
3. Spray the Floral Water into the palm of your hands and bring it to your face, massaging gently.
4. Soak: With a mixture of Cleansing Oil , Kukui Muslin and Aloe Gel , massage with full hands for at least one minute, then leave as a mask for a few more minutes by placing a warm washcloth on the face. Rinse with a warm, wet washcloth.
5. Spray the Floral Water on the face and massage it in well.
6. Moisturize the skin with the Phytocomplex . Massage until completely absorbed.
7. Facial massage with Neutral Serum or Pink Jasmine Serum (see Nathalie’s video demonstration below).
8. Finish with a little Vanilla Shea Butter warmed between your hands.
