MJ Salad, Wild Version!
I love to incorporate freshly picked flowers, roots & foliage from the forest... One of my mentors once told me that a very simple way to determine if our dish is healthy is to make sure it is colorful! The more rich, vibrant colors there are, the healthier and more nutritious our food is... and not processed!
Simple as that!!!
