Recipe for 60 balls, raw or baked like cookies, at 375°F for 18 minutes.

Note that you can also dip these balls in cocoa or crush them to make protein shortbread or biscotti to accompany coffee!

Mix in the robot:

-2 2/3 cups almond powder

-10 dates

-1 cup cooked white beans

-1 cup of rice protein

-6 tbsp coconut butter

-8 tbsp maple syrup

-2 heaped tbsp ground chia

-1/2 tsp vanilla

-1/2 to 1 tsp iodized salt

Another version, super protein bars with almonds for 2 molds yielding 24 bars. You can add toasted sliced ​​almonds on top or cocoa nibs!
