Marie's testimony - summer 2023 ♥
“Hello to you my beautiful Jacynthe and to your entire team! I am Marie, 52 years old, a loyal customer for many years and I wanted to share a slice of my life with you!
I've had Crohn's disease since I was 18 and since March 2, 2016, I have a permanent ileostomy! But what is it lol, well it's a bag on my abdomen to eliminate my stools to put it simply :)
Which has led me to have great resilience in the face of my new reality! I am a very positive person who does not give up, because when I left the hospital I was informed that there would be a lot of dietary restrictions!
I hesitated for a long time before writing to you because it remains delicate to discuss the changes obtained with natural products, versus traditional medicine!
I've actually made a lot of changes, I'm a vegetarian now! It wasn't easy, because one of my restrictions was all raw vegetables and so on!
But with perseverance and the MJ, I got there and now my health is wonderful!
My life routine is quite simple, but effective:
I get up at 4 a.m. and start with a sesame oil mouthwash while meditating. This helps purify my mouth and relax me. Then, I drink a cup of lemon water, which eliminates toxins and gives me energy. Then, I take my essential fibers in water or orange juice to unclog my intestines and aid my digestion. After finishing my wash, I cleanse my face with the pink jasmine trio, which hydrates and nourishes my skin. I brush my body to tone it and stimulate my blood circulation. I wash my hair with Doux bébé, which makes it soft and shiny. I wash my body with Boisé gel, which refreshes and perfumes me.
Before leaving for work, I prepare my shakes for the day:
- A complete shake with marine collagen and MCT oil . This shake gives me all the nutrients I need to be in shape.
- A plant-based protein shake with chocolate and almond milk. This shake helps strengthen my muscles and satisfy my sweet tooth.
- A water shake with chlorophyll, sweet mint , and aloe juice . This shake detoxifies me, calms my gut, and refreshes me.
For my dinner, I eat the salad loose and add avocados, tomatoes and cucumbers and I add black seed oil to my dressing. I also take my food supplements: Vitamin B12 , Multivitamins , Focus , Magnesium , Minerals , Vitamin D and Probiotics . Recently, I also started drinking hydrogen enriched water.
With this routine, I feel good in my body and in my head. I am ready to face the day with my little ones and a smile!
Since I don't eat meat and prefer a salad-heavy diet, several people have asked me about protein intake. Unfortunately, I haven't focused enough on MJ's Chocolate Protein Shake, which has actually transformed my routine. I should point out that I have two MJ Chocolate Plant-Based Protein Shakes throughout the day.
These shakes, combined with MJ salads to which I add an avocado, provide me with all the protein I need. Since I don't eat meat, this source of protein has had a significant impact on my health. I feel great, full of vitality, and my body is in excellent condition thanks to this change in my diet.
In addition to taking the green and my water with the sweet mint chlorophyll, accompanied by a little aloe juice, the two protein shakes are an essential part of my routine.

“Here are the new things I've incorporated into my routine:
Ceremonial matcha is now a must-have for me in the morning. It really makes a world of difference in terms of cognitive ability and energy, in addition to helping reduce my caffeine intake.
I also added the Total Multivitamin, which I find very beneficial. It's easily absorbed and I like the taste. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy and even my skin.
To address my mild attention deficit, I've incorporated Focus into my routine, taking it morning, noon, and night.
After my sesame oil oral hygiene bath, I drink a large glass of hydrogen- enriched water. Personally, I have noticed several benefits from using hydrogen. I feel an increase in my vitality, feeling more energetic and less tired. I am able to get through my days without needing short naps. I also notice a reduction in bloating in my stomach. Due to my stoma and Crohn's disease, I often experience bloating, but using hydrogen seems to soothe my stomach walls.
Mineral Drops are also a must-have for me. They helped me recover quickly from a recent bout of gastroenteritis, which is particularly difficult for me because of my stoma. I was back on my feet in just 24 hours, compared to the usual 5-6 days.
I also added Chyavanaprash to my routine, which I really enjoy for its herbs.
Finally, Jiaogulan has become an evening treat for me. Personally, I've noticed a benefit in the evening; it calms me. I enjoy taking it because it's soothing before bed.
My four favorites among these new additions are really the Total Multivitamins, Hydrogen, Focus and Mineral Drop.
When it comes to meals, I've discovered that I love black Beluga lentils mixed with quinoa , especially when served cold. I often pair them with my bulk mixed salad and black and red beans for a balanced and delicious meal.
