“I’m doing this detox again to:
I introduced MJ fibers last Friday.
I was very, very fearful because, being struggling with IBS (SCI), I doubted that it would work. I had big apprehensions, fear of this return of colic, stomach swollen like a balloon, intestinal discomfort. So far it's going very well, I'm pleasantly surprised. I feel my stomach very soft, I know it may seem strange, I get very emotional just writing it, but my stomach is at peace, finally!

“This detox is exciting, I like changes.
For small budgets like mine
Morning :
- Mouthwash when you wake up ( sesame or coconut oil )
- Water with salt to restart the machine as Jacynthe says, I love it
- Hot water with lemon
- Intermittent fasting some mornings while others oatmeal (almond flour, chia, nut butter)
At dinner:
- Complete with olive oil
- Protein and lots of good vegetables, especially green ones
Supper :
- The essential MJ salad that I can't live without + protein and good fats
- And I sometimes finish with a glass of homemade almond milk
To this I add in the morning the supplements that I have at the moment: Omega , vitamin D , vitamin C , collagen .
It feels so good to feel good!
