Role & importance of the liver, our metabolic factory

Rôle & importance du foie, notre usine métabolique

The liver

His role

The liver is one of the most important organs. The liver is an extraordinary metabolic factory. It must be taken care of, and it is a largely forgotten part of the digestive system.

The liver manages:

  • Glucose
  • Lipids
  • Hormones
  • Cholesterol
  • Metabolizes drugs
  • Produces not only the proteins that transport lipids in the blood, but also many other important elements.
  • Produces antibodies.

It's important to take care of it. With our lifestyles, the tendency is for fat to accumulate in the liver, a sign that we may have a slowdown in metabolic syndrome. Note that the majority of us have some fat in our livers. Fatty livers were once observed in alcoholics, but today, with the increase in obesity and junk food, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is becoming the most common liver disease.

Signs you may need a detox:

  • Fatigue
  • Feeling unwell
  • Waist size increasing without changing habits
  • Poor digestion
  • Disturbed sleep & irritation

Certain foods and ingredients support liver function. Supplements can help, but first, you'll need to look at your diet and change your lifestyle. For example, for a clogged liver, dietary changes and certain medicinal plants, including milk thistle, a fascinating plant for the liver because it works very well without causing side effects.

Proteins

The Importance of Protein - We see in people who don't have enough protein in their diet a much faster decline in:

  • Their vitality
  • Their posture
  • Their musculature.

It's important to look for nutrient density. A wide selection of plant-based proteins can help make up for this deficiency:

  • Hemp
  • Spirulina
  • Soy
  • Lupin, a very interesting legume with a very high protein content and also low in carbohydrates compared to others, really to be added to the ingredients to favor.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is naturally acidic and, for people with low stomach acid.

  • It can help increase stomach acid levels to aid digestion. This may help prevent gas and bloating that slow digestion can cause.
  • It is also an antimicrobial substance, which means it can help kill bacteria in the stomach or intestines. Excess bacteria or bacteria in the upper intestines release gas that can lead to bloating, so apple cider vinegar may help relieve symptoms. 1

Infrared sauna

Infrared saunas help our bodies because infrared rays penetrate much deeper than simple heat. Infrared rays are heat, but with different wavelengths, some penetrating deeper than others. Therefore, at the tissue level, they create a reaction that causes our bodies to release more toxins, including heavy metals. Saunas are known to be healthy. Research is piling up. 1,2

Green tea

Consumed around the world, tea has enormous potential for health benefits, including reducing the risk of developing certain diseases, as research has shown. Among its many benefits, it is worth mentioning:

Green tea would promote long-term weight loss thanks to its 3 combined actions:

1- Increase in basal metabolic rate.

2- Improved glucose absorption by muscles.

3- Intensification of fat burning in the liver and muscles. 1

Dr. Willem suggests green tea as an aid in treating cellulite, as it is known to eliminate excess water and fat. 2

Tea and its catechins have also been shown to have positive effects on type 2 diabetes.3

Green tea may also have many antihypertensive benefits, improving cholesterol levels, insulin resistance, and inflammation. 4

Argan oil

The composition of argan oil is the source of the many health benefits that are described in the literature, mainly on the cardiovascular system, osteoarthritis associated with pain and also has a hypolipidemic effect as well as other metabolic parameters such as antidiabetic and antihypertensive. Promising results on the benefits of argan oil on nerve cells and neurological diseases have also been shown. 1

Metabzen (maintenance after the treatment with Detox)

Metabzen contains American Ginseng, Milk Thistle, and Turmeric. The latter two work hard on the liver and can greatly help with fat removal. The liver is one of the main organs in the organization of metabolism. Milk Thistle is beginning to be increasingly studied to help with liver diseases, such as fatty liver accumulation. 1

Vitamin D is added to the mix because its deficiency increases the risk of metabolic diseases. In general, Nordic populations around the world have low levels of vitamin D.

Bonus: by working the digestive system, especially the liver, we can free ourselves from migraines.

The liver protection of milk thistle is well known. In Europe, it is used to save people who have mushroom poisoning. 2

Turmeric is also anti-inflammatory.

Testimonials:

Lise D .: “METABZEN MY SAVIOR

I am pleased to share with you today my immense joy at learning from my doctor who called me recently because she did not understand all these wonderful and astonishing results from my latest blood tests.

She therefore tells me that the ALT level (for the liver) has decreased by 60% and that it is now normal and that other data which have been high since 2015 including CALCIUM (due to Hyperparathyroidism) which is now also normal as well as that of LDL (bad cholesterol).

So she cancels an operation for the moment.

She asks me what miraculous thing I did to have such changes so I tell her that I have been taking METABZEN for 12 months, so she advises me to continue taking it because my results are exceptional.

What is also most wonderful is that I had severe non-alcoholic steatosis which became mild steatosis a few months later with the use of METABZEN, isn't that fantastic! I am really looking forward to the next ultrasound which will probably be next fall to see if it has reduced further.

I started taking METABZEN in July 2022 and I also made some changes in my lifestyle such as intermittent fasting 14/10, reduced carbohydrates a little, increased my portion of vegetables including the excellent MJ salad, taking a fountain of youth (which is composed of Collagen, Complete and Camu Camu) in the afternoon instead of a snack. I also take Omega 3, Probiotic, vitamin D 3, Magnesium, Zinc (in winter), Hair Cocktail or Silica, Hydrogen and Protein.

I still have some small efforts to make to lower my blood sugar level but I started taking GLUCONIG at the beginning of July which will surely help me reach this goal.

I am so happy with these excellent results and so grateful to Dr. Pierre Haddad for creating METABZEN which has made all the difference in my health!

A huge thank you also to Jacynthe and Sylvain because Maison Jacynthe has changed my life for the better!!! From a more than satisfied customer! »
