For some, it's easy; for others, it's necessary to reprogram , hence this page which aims to be a place of exchange, inspiration, motivation, our base for all!
Here's what I'm inviting you to do in bold, along with a few extras that will make a big difference. Making a smoothie takes 5 minutes, squats or a plank takes a few minutes (I started with 20 seconds, and a week later, I did 1 minute 30 seconds, which makes me want to continue). Cleansing your skin before showering takes 1 minute. These new rituals fit well into your daily life; choose three that resonate with you and that you won't be able to do without for the well-being they will give you.
I) I invite you to start your days with stretching (Tibetan ones have an incredible effect) and a green smoothie
II) to offer you a green juice when you return from work
III) to become completely quinoa and inspire you with my detox menu or simply this way
Treat yourself to 21 days of delicious recipes picked here or from one of my books or bookzines: pleasure, discoveries and wonderful feelings await you from the very first meals.
IV) to do lunges, squats or the plank and whatever you like to tone up every day, I will film my routine for you which you can be inspired by next week; warm up while waiting for 5 songs (with the chair for the glutes, the plank for the abs, simply dancing...). The joy of playing like this in your living room and inviting our children to have fun with us imbues a healthy inspiration in everyone's mind. And be creative: I did a wonderful workout (buttocks, thighs) this last Saturday while vacuuming, I was in an extraordinary mood after.
V) Sweat if you can (sauna, steam bath)
VI) Help your skin by using a horsehair glove or dry washcloth before showering: we are what we don't eliminate
and treat yourself, take 10-15 minutes for yourself every day , for your dream board, your passion, to unwind, breathe deeply (on your back) , cook, take care of your beauty, ... and above all laugh, we take life so seriously too often.
