Here's how to make this simple and tasty recipe:

- Cut the garlic tofu into small cubes.*
- Brown the cubes in a pan until lightly browned.
- Add a little balsamic vinegar while mixing, just enough to coat the cubes.
- Reduce the heat and add a little maple syrup, enough to caramelize the cubes.
- Heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid has evaporated.
- Let cool for about thirty minutes in the refrigerator and serve.
* If using unflavored tofu, simply add a little garlic at the end of cooking.
