16 products for a back-to-school and fall: all natural!

16 produits pour une rentrée des classes et un automne : tout en naturel!

There's excitement in the air! Are children nervous and even excited about going back to class and seeing their friends?

First of all, here is the film Growing Up Happy , so inspiring! This film is for all parents, grandparents, and children. The subject goes beyond alternative schools. In the process (I filmed, documented, and interviewed for 5 years), I realized that the heart of this wonderful project lies in this question: what does it take for a child to be happy? And lo and behold, the answer relieves us all of unnecessary pressure...

We start, without hesitation, by using natural soaps for both hands and baths. (I send my sons to school with their own soap so that their hands don't suffer from the repeated application of fragrances that sensitize the skin and cause dermatitis to the point where it can no longer tolerate anything).
The antiseptic approved by Health Canada (which you can transfer into the plastic bottles of Solution Tranquillité Ti-chou found here and which you can also spray in your hair in the morning before leaving, as much for its lavender as its cedar water).
To repair repeatedly washed and disinfected hands: Caramel fir butter (which you can also use in the beauty ritual for wearing a mask ) or calendula muslin for the hands, in the evening.
A great gift, our Pamplelune roll-on perfume, comforting & positive for the morning (choose one for yourself from the selection of aromatherapy perfumes here.)
Perhaps they have a little trouble falling asleep at night? Why not massage them with Macadam and Chamomile oil, it will soothe and gently bring them to sleep. For your little one, keep Pomme d'Api on the bedside table and he or she will enjoy rolling it on their skin to find deep calm; for us, older ones, Chamomile verbena can put us into a deep sleep.
Definitely, take our Breathe Well & Protector apothecary sprays to spray around you (and in the car) and above the bed, at night & Protector honey to eat or drink as a herbal tea.

Are your lunch bags or boxes, snack bags, school bags, and gym bags ready? Don't hesitate to refresh them from time to time with the Purifier to eliminate unpleasant odors.

To wash these bags, a few drops of the Purifying formula in soapy water and there you have it, the perfect product for the job!

Not forgetting our Washing formula to add to laundry soap to naturally and delicately sanitize and perfume the clothes of children and adults.

Sometimes, unwanted little intruders can show up, the famous lice. A recipe on page 45 of our Aromatherapy Handbook offers "Anti-lice treatment for our little wolves," which includes, among other things, true lavender essential oil, which is commonly used when this unexpected nuisance occurs.

Émilie D., a subscriber, sent us this tip: '' Tea tree oil : excellent for lice. Mix a few drops with shampoo, leave on for several minutes and comb through your hair. They all fall out like flies. Repeat 14 days later. I also put some in a bottle of water and spray my daughters' hair in the morning before going to school.'' Read a very interesting scientific article (1) on the subject (effectiveness of lavender + tea tree essential oils compared to the chemical products normally used)

We are now well equipped for another year of 100% natural, pure and active! Happy back-to-school season everyone!

To optimize the immune system for the start of the school year, according to Jean-Yves Dionne

First thing, watch what you eat.

Vitamin D is essential. If you're just going to take one thing, take vitamin D.

Other things to maximize the immune system:

Vitamin C, polyphenols, vitamin A (retinol) for the integrity of the mucous membranes, where the agents will enter, because that's where it passes (or cod liver oil).

Zinc for conditions where it is relevant, otherwise a set of minerals.
