Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and stress resistance (in cases of mental or physical fatigue due to stress). Aids in energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, and energy production. Used to improve muscle oxygen consumption and performance during repeated intense exercise in physically active individuals. Source of antioxidants. Multivitamin supplement.
Among its ingredients, we find:
Holy basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum)
Holy basil (or tulsi) is a medicinal plant native to India and since cultivated in East Asia, Australia, and the surrounding tropics. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 3,000 years.
Numerous in vitro, animal and human studies 1 attest that holy basil has multiple therapeutic actions, including effects:
- Adaptogens
- Antimicrobials
- Anti-inflammatories
- Cardioprotectors
- Immunomodulators
- Anticancer drugs
- Antioxidants
- Hepatoprotectors
- Antidiabetics
The studies that have been reviewed reinforce traditional uses and suggest that Ocimum tenuiflorum is an effective treatment for chronic lifestyle diseases, including diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and psychological stress.

Mango (Mangifera indica)
Mango leaves (whose various bioactive compounds present include phenolics, flavonoids, benzophenones, sesquiterpenes, saponins, xanthones, tannins, terpenoids and alkaloids) have been studied for their biological activities, including1:
- Anticancer drugs
- Antidiabetics
- Antioxidants
- Antimicrobials
- Anti-obesity
- Lipid-lowering drugs
- Hepatoprotective
- Antidiarrheals
Mango leaves are therefore a potential source of cost-effective dietary supplements and nutritional ingredients to improve human health.

Quercetin
Quercetin, a flavonoid found in fruits and vegetables, has been a staple in the human diet for centuries. Extensive research on quercetin has revealed a multitude of health benefits, offering promising prospects for various medical conditions. Its many health benefits have been widely studied, among others, for its properties 1 :
- Antioxidants
- Antimicrobials
- Anti-inflammatories
- Antivirals
- Anticancer drugs

Theacrine
Theacrine is a caffeine-like substance. 1 People use theacrine to combat fatigue, improve memory and thinking skills, athletic performance, muscle strength, and more. 2

Morello cherry (Prunus cerasus)
Prunus cerasus concentrate has been shown to improve muscle function and reduce muscle damage, oxidative stress/inflammation, and muscle soreness in athletes. It may also improve performance during endurance exercise due to its low glycemic index, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacity, and circulation-enhancing effects. 1
It is a particularly rich source of anthocyanins and other polyphenols, which have been shown to induce antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and vasomodulatory actions. There is evidence that it has an anti-fatigue effect as well as the ability to improve sustained attention during periods of high cognitive demand. 2

B Vitamins: Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) - Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) - Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) - Biotin - Vitamin B12 - Vitamin B6 - Folate (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) - Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)
B vitamins play a key role in building DNA, the compound that forms our genetic blueprint and helps us develop from conception. B vitamins are also necessary for cellular metabolism and energy production, DNA and RNA repair throughout our lives, and the use of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, which fuel our bodily processes. 1,2
