Adelaide Salad :

Essential for me, I have to prepare everything on Sunday for at least 4 to 5 days. Beets, fennel, carrots, butternut squash, parsnips, black radish, golden ball turnip and 4 types of microgreens. Every lunchtime, I will add young spinach shoots, kale, spring onions, seeds and nuts, parsley, mushrooms, coriander, avocado, mango, etc. depending on my desires. I have planned eggs, wild trout or chicken to add. This lunchtime my husband came with me and he found it delicious. This evening I will prepare 2 different sauces. It is important for me to have the choice and to have the impression of eating different every day.

Catherine's day :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/693252262481943/
Good evening! My daily routine
Upon waking, a sip of yellow juice
And essential fiber in an ounce of orange juice,
1 cup of plant protein
chocolate in 1 1/2 cups of almond milk plus 1 teaspoon of MCT oil
I drink my liter and a half of water a day
Dinner: Jacynthe salad or salad with green vegetables (Jacynthe sauce)
After dinner it's my fountain of youth with the suit
For dinner, always salad with grilled meat or fish!
If I have a craving in the evening I eat some raw unsalted almonds or one or two pieces of 70% dark chocolate squares or I make myself half a chocolate shake.
I take the friend to bed if necessary.
It will be 10 days tomorrow that I am doing this detox and the well-being that it gives me is immense (I am going on a trip on Monday! But I am bringing my proteins! I can't do without it anymore. Trying it is adopting the benefits of good nutrition with all the right nutrients. Have a good week
Would you like some warmth?
Pascale's ideas :

Hello! I'm a cold person even though I love being outside in the winter.
My cold day tricks...I froth and heat my cup of protein soy milk (vanilla + chocolate + cocoa)
As mentioned on the addicts' page, I add some warm vegetables to my big MJacynhte salad in the evening (at lunchtime I have it as is, with arugula and lettuce). Yesterday, simply grilled mushrooms with garlic, olive oil and salted herbs.
Tonight I'll add steamed broccoli. There are so many options: squash, spicy cauliflower, bok choy, root vegetables...a small portion is enough to warm up the salad a bit.

Tips to make life easier

Great production today. I made 2 large dishes and a small one, I gave a large dish with my sister-in-law and a small one to my daughter. Last week it was my sister-in-law who made some, we share it, it's encouraging.
Marie's tips :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/691034782703691/
This is how I start my day for the past 3 years
On Sunday I squeeze 6 to 7 lemons a container to make the week because every morning I put 1/4 cup of lemon juice in a cup and I add a shot of tonic juice and 1 capsule of FOCUS and I mix everything with a small frother and hop I start the day with that then 3 cups of green or white tea because I don't eat before 1 p.m. At noon I take the same shot and I go for a 45 minute jog then I eat and it's MJ soups with the Fountain of Youth, collagen and supplements in the Fountain of Youth with water and juice of your choice. In the morning very early I do my exercises 45 minutes before starting to work.
Valerie's tip for the fountain of youth :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/690974636043039/
Here's my quick way to prepare my Fountain of Youth. I use an old glass container from Le Complet that I salvaged to mix each product. This allows me to open only one container during preparation instead of taking out all the bags every day (anything goes to save time).
I prepare it about 14 days in advance and put in:
- 20 tbsp. of Wholemeal
- 20 tbsp. Collagen (unflavored, for me)
- 20 tsp Camu Camu
I close and mix (not to say stir vigorously) in order to obtain a very homogeneous mixture.
Time to prepare my fountain of youth:
- Pepito shaker with 3/4 water
- 3 tbsp of my prepared mix
- MCT oil
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice (because I prefer unflavored collagen, I'm not a sweet "drinker")
My time saver for lime juice: I squeeze the juice of a few limes in advance and keep them in the fridge in a bottle I used to make Tonic yellow juice.
Josée-Anne's tip for salad :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/690507492756420/
Here's a tip for making a homemade salad for the week. I use vegetables that are less waterlogged and keep longer. Then, when I make my main salad, I add: chili peppers, cucumber, green salad, avocado sprouts, etc.
And Josée-Anne’s microgreens :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/689970102810159/
An easy way to make sprouts at home. I bought my sprouts from MJ and I recovered an old cardboard chip. We put a little soil and add our sprouts on top, we water and we can cover for the first 2 days with plastic wrap. After 2 days we remove the film on top and water a little each day. Now we have beautiful sprouts to add to our salads.
Véronique’s strategies for returning to good habits :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/692922775848225/
Let’s be smarter than our brains!
Hello beautiful humans!
I'm sharing with you two strategies I use to get back into my GM lifestyle after I drop out.
1 - Add before removing (+ before -)
What I mean is that it's easier for our brains to start a new habit than it is to stop one (or resist doing a behavior).
So the idea is to add good habits without stopping other habits (for now). For me:
- yellow juice when getting up
- the fountain of youth in am
- salad at the start of the meal
- supplements (am and bedtime).
So far, I haven't cut anything out of my diet. That will be for another step.
However, just making these additions to my diet has led to a significant reduction in my sugar cravings and a reduction in my mealtime portions. Without any feelings of deprivation or frustration. Yay, and that's exactly the point!
And I feel so much more energetic and proud of myself. I know I'm working on building my health!
2 - Associate the new habit with a habit you like
To maximize how quickly your brain will integrate your new habit, pair it with a habit you already have and enjoy.
For example, for me in the morning:
I love my coffee so my new morning habits are grouped around:
1. I drink my yellow juice while I grind my coffee
2. While the coffee is brewing, I prepare my fountain of youth and prepare my supplements.
3. I take a few sips and take my supplements, congratulating myself and imagining that they make me strong like Popeye!
My coffee ritual has become a coffee & energy ritual!
I hope these strategies can inspire you to put your own into practice.
Good detox, we energize together.
Joane's meal bars for busy lunchtimes:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/693836715756831/
Hooo the good meal bar recipe. They are delicious, really! So I'll give you my little experience. To start, I divided the recipe into 3 because I suspected that it would make too many bars after looking at the recipe. So I divided the recipe into 3 but I should have divided it into 4 because it still makes a lot of bars (20). 1st photo: I almost killed my robot because I put all the ingredients in at once and because of the dates it made a sticky puree at the bottom, my robot didn't like it. So I emptied half and did it in 2 stages. Here are the results of my superb meal bars. Since I don't have lunch at work, in addition to my shake, I'm going to eat these bars instead of eating anything that falls into my hands and not necessarily good for my detox. Very happy with the result.

Christiane's chia pudding :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/692905992516570/
Good morning, after making my almond milk (in my Almond Cow machine) I add my milk to Vitamix and I add 4 scoops of vanilla protein and I mix. Then I make my chia pudding (1/2 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of chia) there are so many possibilities for adding protein. DELICIOUS. Have a good weekend
Christiane's cauliflower puree :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/692386709235165/
Lunch is my biggest meal and I've always had a love for mashed potatoes. During my journey when I suffered from ulcerative colitis and my dietary changes I discovered mashed cauliflower and over time I perfected it to my taste buds. I am a foodie and this recipe can be accompanied by protein and my digestion tolerates it very well, so for me it is a good food combination.
Steamed cauliflower
Add butter or clarified butter
Salt, pepper, celery salt

This evening, on the eve of a storm, I wanted some color and cheerfulness on my plate.
For dinner, here's a recipe I particularly like in the summer: my lettuce tacos with tofu and ginger. I'll leave you with the recipe and the colors of July.
Geneviève's chia pudding :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/690527072754462/
LUNCH TIP: A great discovery for me! I made a chia pudding for breakfast with my berry protein! It was so good that I didn't have time to take a picture! Here's my recipe: in a small mason jar, add 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 1/2 scoop of berry protein, 1/2 cup of almond milk, chopped strawberries and shake! Prepare the night before and bring to the office in the morning! Very good and very filling!
Marian's Yellow Juice:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/694397485700754/
I love waking up with this elixir! After oil pulling and on an empty stomach, I take a nice glass with a straw! Wonderful kick!
- 5 to 6 lemons
- A nice piece of ginger
- A nice piece of turmeric
- A few whole dates
- One or two pinches of cayenne pepper
- Two or three pink peppercorns
I put everything in the blender and use a plant milk bag to filter (little tip for those who don't have a juicer)

Annie's Tips :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/691742709299565/
Hello! I'm here to share my current favorite recipes. I've also noticed that some people sometimes mention that they find citrus protein or collagen a little too sweet. So I wanted to share my little tips for reducing the "sugar" (I love the taste but sometimes I want it to be less sweet) and still keep that good, comforting taste.
- In the Fountain of Youth: I take the Pepito shaker in which I put a large heaped and generous teaspoon of Complet and the same measure of citrus collagen; I add 2 good teaspoons of natural collagen; 1 teaspoon of camu-camu (its tangy taste softens the sweet taste of the citrus collagen and is perfect for me); I fill halfway with very cold water and I shake. Then I fill the rest of the shaker with water with ice cubes (5-6) and I shake again! Then I enjoy!!!
Sometimes I spice up my Fountain of Youth by adding a shot of Tonic Juice or a squeeze of lemon, just for a change! Sometimes I add a splash of apple cider vinegar suggested by MJ
- Berry protein shake for breakfast (my hobby is these days... it takes me back to my childhood): in the Vitamix I put 2/3 cup of berry protein, 3 teaspoons of natural collagen (in this case, I don't put them in my Fountain and then I just put the spoon of citrus collagen), 3 teaspoons of MCT oil, 1/2 teaspoon of molded flax seed, a little vanilla, 5-6 frozen strawberries and 1/2 teaspoon of camu-camu (the tangy strawberries and camu-camu balance the sweet taste of the protein), 1.5 cups of fresh almond milk; I mix for about 1 minute in the Vitamix (no more so that the shake stays nice and cold!) and I drink with appetite!!
- Essential fiber: 1 good teaspoon of fiber that I put in the shaker and I add 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of Alkaline Juice (it's so good!), I shake and I drink without waiting!
- thirst-quenching lemonade: in the Pepito shaker - 1/4 cup of Tonic Juice, 1 good teaspoon of camu-camu, I fill 3/4 with water and shake vigorously; I fill the rest with ice cubes. In the summer I put 1/3 of water to dilute everything and I fill 2/3 to 3/4 of the shaker with sparkling water and then I add ice cubes. If I haven't already taken my full portion of collagen, I also like to put 1 good spoon of citrus collagen in it... if not, it's still quite tangy, I like it, but it depends on taste!
Little tip: I also sometimes make myself a chocolate shake for breakfast (2/3 cup chocolate protein, 2/3 cup cocoa, vanilla, 1.5 cups fresh almond milk - with spices to drink: pumpkin, gingerbread or ginger cookie / or without spices). When I have some left over, I make myself a small express chia pudding that I have for dessert at lunch or in the evening... no waste!
Josée's shake :
https://www.facebook.com/groups/689678122839357/posts/691520562655113/
Hello! Here's my MJ kit for work! My morning shake, which I take between 9 and 10 a.m. This shake helped me kick the bad habit of having an iced cappuccino from Tim-Horton's. I put in it:
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla protein
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp 35% cream
1 small push of liquid stevia
A few drops of vanilla
2 tbsp almond butter.
And the whole thing is a taste of gingerbread to drink.
I put everything in the blender
With this shake I can easily get to lunch without feeling hungry.
Caramel fir butter for my dry little hands and caramel fir scent for ambiance. What more could you ask for! Have a great day, addicts!
Kathlenn's Coffee Protein Shake:

Oh la la!! For those who love coffee, I just made myself a protein shake with a shot of espresso, wow it's delicious.
Water + raw almond butter
1/2 part vanilla protein
1 part rice protein
1 shot of espresso
Yum, the foodie in me is satisfied
