Last week we filmed a one-hour "Winter Special" at your request!

Different from anything we know and, quite humbly, captivating: I have never yet encountered anything so beautiful and useful, with such a density of relevant information.

You will be as delighted by the majestic container as by the content which provides easy-to-integrate seasonal solutions.

The day after the shooting, Dr. Brouillard (tens of thousands of copies of "La Santé Repensée" sold in a few months) told me that people need these tools. Without inventing anything, we return to common sense, to what feels good.

Katia, who "edits" the show, has difficulty cutting, it's rich and interesting: it all started in the kitchen with David (from Crudesssence) who cooks (hot, not raw!, but rather live and vitamin-rich) in a way that is profitable for the body , commented by the friendly and switched-on, Jean-Yves Dionne, who gives the right time on everything and Dr. Dussault, very gentle and caring, who adds exactly what is needed as information. The beginning of health happens on the plate (easy, quick to cook, we made 4 recipes in a few minutes: pudding for the morning with chocolate for the guests with a gourmet holiday meal: mushrooms, kale, tempeh and millet).

Then, discussions on the top 3 to tone the immune system and manage stress (the show follows the season) from the two doctors and the pharmacist... and we are in the natural that works, and we demystify, we simplify (honey, better than syrup? vitamin D and multivitamin, essential?). We understand so much about the body: from profitable sleep to real ways to manage stress, to the existence of coughs and the necessary for fever. There were discussions and consensus around the table. Here is an abundance of concrete, practical tools spiced with fascinating anecdotes, all this in a context of impeccable scientific rigor. :)

We part outside, I've brought the carriage, a drone captures the horizon, nature, the earth, the children running with the alpacas and petting Pépito, the sun is setting...
...and as I love tradition, a fiddler provides the soundtrack while young rigodon dancers take a break before returning to my dining room where we share a festive spirit in a recycled, handmade and purely magical setting (a huge trend but a real version, not manufactured): a table setting to entertain in a magical way and at no cost.

We end on a note in the spirit of the times: with a chef who recovers everything in the kitchen, from tea grounds to make a syrup to offer to an infusion of fruit peels that my children, picky eaters, tasted, to the mixture of nuts that remain in our bag bottoms sweetened with our first syrup and so beautifully presented that we can't know that everything is recycled! So what to do with our leftovers from the holidays and recreate in January with our grounds Still very trendy! But without feeling guilty... rather by living it with authenticity and in abundance, natural beauty, ease and presence!

Just a few days left and this show will be presented here, available to everyone!

I'm so excited!
