Blackheads and pimples

Points noirs et boutons

Blackheads and pimples. I believe, as the experts claim, that you can have sublime skin with a suitable diet. It is an important organ, a reflection of what you eat. A Harvard University study mentions the relationship between milk and acne (page 63 of Dr. Nigma Talib's book, Reverse the Signs of Aging). It is said that women who drink 3 or more glasses of milk a day are 22% more likely to have acne than those who drink less than 3 glasses.

(reference: Adebamowo CA, et al. 'High school dietary dairy intake and teenage acne.' Journal of the american academy of dermatology 2005 February; 52(2): 207-14.)

Dr. Talib suggests plant-based sources of calcium: broccoli, bok choy, cabbage, kale, watercress, chickpeas, lentils, tempeh, amaranth, quinoa, almonds, sesame seeds and tahini (one of my favorites), figs, etc.
I offer you my essential lemonade (chlorophyll is certainly a good ingredient for beautiful skin), a juice and not a smoothie, do you know the difference?

In addition, as I mentioned yesterday to one of you, if we block the pores of the skin (as a petroleum product or molecules that are too large like those in coconut or almond oil do), we end up with blackheads first, then pimples, then worse! Jojoba oil ( our favorite cleansing oil ) helps the sebum to flow... Bye bye blackheads and pimples! And it's not me who says it, it's Grazia .

Once you know, it's simple! All that's left is to apply it!
