Indulge in mouth cleaning with oil
ELIMINATE:
- Chemical cleaning and beauty products
- The microwave
- Artificial foods: artificial sweeteners, sulfites, preservatives, herbicides, pesticides
- Very sweet foods: banana, melon, papaya, mango, pineapple, kiwi, dates, figs, dried fruits, fruit juice, carob, parsnip, turnip, white potatoes
- Inflammatory foods: wheat, spelt, rye, barley, kamut, semolina, pork, tofu, sugar, beef, corn, dairy products
- Mold-promoting foods: cashews, mushrooms, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, coffee, alcohol, maple syrup, canola/soybean/safflower oil, commercial grains
INCREASE:
- Consume 100% organic or wash your fruits and vegetables before eating them
- Alkaline foods, especially cruciferous vegetables: cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli and green leaves: kale, arugula, spinach, romaine lettuce
- Live foods: sprouts, organic berries, raw vegetables (celery, asparagus, fennel, cucumber, pepper, avocado, tomatoes, lemon, lime)
- Anti-inflammatory foods: ginger, turmeric, ground flax seeds
- Raw nuts and seeds
- Seaweed: nori, kombu, kelp, dulse, wakame
- Legumes: sprouted or cooked
- Coconut oil,
- Linseed oil*, sunflower, cold-pressed olive *Do not heat
- Filtered water (no plastic bottled water!)
- Add plants to your home and work to clean the air
SUPERFOODS:
- Bee pollen: 1 tsp - S/day - Take 10 minutes before a meal
- Chickweed prepared as a herbal tea
- Chlorophyll: 5mL 1-2 x/day
- Wheatgrass: 1-4 ounces per day
