Great emotion. I've never eaten as well as I did on Saturday, on the beautiful terrace of the restaurant at MJ St-Bruno. Never. Around the world. Imagine the happiness. From our first meeting last summer, when we were opening St-Bruno, Chef Roxanne was intrigued by our healthy & vegan approach. Since our bistros/restaurants have been closed for all this time, she could only express her talent by offering takeout dishes, delighting us with her homemade treats while already working full-time in the production of bulk salads, the heart of our menu that kept the kitchens alive. A few weeks ago, with the idea of ​​deconfinement, Chef Roxanne began to imagine and then create, having also gone through our recipes (hundreds published) and knowing my tastes, my requirements: each bite must make sense, otherwise, what's the point? Then at the given appointments, I tasted these revisited dishes on the rise ️". The fragrant cuisine, the emotion to the eye and the heart, I was so charmed, overwhelmed. Can you tell me how difficult it is to cook vegan and gluten-free with vegetables, obviously all organic... For desserts? Everything except sugar or common flours. Nope! Hazelnuts or ground almonds yes. I brought the dishes home to Sylvain who, as soon as the first bites: "I'll be a regular". So yesterday, for the first time sitting down, we savored the cold soup, the Mediterranean salad, a novelty (we can only have one starter, you'll see!), happiness! The textures! The roundness in the mouth, voluptuousness, the flavors... everything is there! Perfect, more than perfect! Then for Sylvain, the pad Thai; for me, the beetroot steak accompanied by my gourmet salad. All homemade, right down to the pickle, also delicious. A sophisticated table d'hôte made from the best that exists. A pleasure at all times. And as a bonus, thanks to our way of eating, we feel wonderfully good afterwards, invigorated, one might say ️" Thank you Roxanne. What a lovely surprise. You know, when you haven't had time to think about starting to think about a table d'hôte and then it arrives in your mouth in a stunning & grandiose way️.

The table d'hôte menu on the terrace is currently only available in St-Bruno from Wednesday to Sunday inclusive.

Please note that the ready-to-eat menu is available in all our bistros/restaurants : divine roll in the mouth, burger patty (reheat in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes then finish in the pan on the stove, in olive oil, 1 minute on each side), falafels and homemade hummus with grilled vegetables - delicious - and of course the meal salad. You can call (the numbers are below) the same morning to have them custom-made and then pick them up for home or for a picnic or even eat them on site (without service).

On the beauty side , a great moment yesterday morning ( here on Facebook ) with Claudia who told us about the rituals by dosha.

Our new hemp & vetiver serum is all the rage in stores, which need to restock. It's unisex but oh so delightful for him (with the joy of breathing it in on his skin). Its aromatic formula is stunning, its effects are felt from the first use, then "after only three uses, really interesting things happen to my skin pores, as if there was a tightening effect." -Marie-Christine

I showed you my beauty ritual on Saturday ( here on Facebook ) created with my Beauty Quartet and this morning, following Nathalie's recommendations, I added the Exfopur directly into my emulsion to achieve a tightening/radiance/purified effect followed by a few Roller and Gua Sha movements which make the difference. Here are the steps carried out in 10 minutes ( and the video is here ) with the same products (beauty quartet and exfopur):

1-cleansing with cleansing oil
2-cleansing with oil & aloe gel; massage for one minute
3-add Exfopur then massage for a tightening effect; rinse
4-spray the floral water
5-Aloe gel as a mask and remove dry
6-Seal with serum then complete our treatment with the Gua sha stone

To choose your serum, in summary:

  • Rose, neroli & ylang serum: wonderful after sun
  • Pink or neutral jasmine serum (for pregnant women or skin that refuses essential oils): for fine and alipic skin (lacking oil)
  • Hemp & Vetiver Serum: Perfect for sensitive skin
  • Gold serum: majestic in its tightening and radiance effect that restores life to the skin
If you have a specific situation, you will find the ritual adapted to your skin here .

For example, to empty the ostia (blackheads) and thus be able to tighten the skin pores, here is the ritual and the formulas:
1-clean with cleaning oil, rinse
2- purify with exfopur (if you have large spots, go gently with the scrub)
3- spray floral water (rosemary, rose, neroli or orange)
4- Mix hydrogel with cleansing oil to complete the ritual
In the evening, in 3), only apply the hydrogel mask (so a thick layer)
