The study cited in the reference below evaluated the effectiveness of omega-3 fatty acid supplements in relieving depressive symptoms in patients with mild to moderate depression. 1
A pharmacist in consultation suggested 3 capsules morning and evening of our concentrated formula: a sufficient dose of omega 3 (especially EPA) in the order of grams per day, is known (CANMAT, among others) to have an antidepressant effect as powerful as the majority of antidepressants.
