Here is the veggie stuffing recipe we talk about in the video and that everyone loves, even carnivores!

Caroline, queen of gluten-free , who has done all the tests to make our lives easier, also offers us new tips:

  • cast iron cooking
  • flour to check if the pan is at the right temperature (for pancakes too!)
  • wipe off excess flour between cooking times
  • the dough can be kept for 3 days in the fridge (but not in the freezer)
  • tortillas can be stored in the freezer
  • Chia makes the dough work well, but makes the tortillas tougher
  • keep the portions in the fridge to allow for good work!
