Here are some well-being and vitality rituals (because I offer a lifestyle, more than just digestible and nutritious recipes):

My beauty ritual is this (our cosmetics should be edible):

Morning and evening, I cleanse my skin with my cleansing oil (which is also a superb makeup remover that nourishes the eyelashes) and I rinse with a wipe, already, I feel my skin breathe better without having dried it out, on the contrary, one of the components of this oil helps to enrich the collagen; then I spray my rose floral water (without preservative) and I apply my serum (a compound, unequaled in the world, of 7 vegetable oils concentrated in vitamins and essential fatty acids) while the skin is wet... that's it! no need for more.
