What's better than healthy ice pops to cool off on hot summer days?

List of ingredients

  • 6 round ice lolly molds
  • 500 ml (2 cups) frozen mango
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) maple syrup
  • 85 ml (cup) of water
  • Dark chocolate for garnish

Instructions

Version 1 - Round Lollipop

Step 1 : Puree the mangoes with 85 ml (cup) of water and 10 ml (2 tsp) of maple syrup.

Step 2 : Put the mixture into the molds and freeze for 12 hours

Step 3 : Melt dark chocolate, dip the lollipops in it. Let them set upright in the holder, then return to the freezer.

Version 2 - Rocket Lollipops

Use the recipe for homemade drinkable yogurt ( p.238 of the book La beauté ) and add 85 ml (cup) of water then pour into the molds for super healthy pops
