My menu for the day and my grocery list!

Mon menu pour la journée et ma liste d'épicerie!
At your request, here is my menu and grocery list to fill it. If you want more vitality, here is:

Morning

Start the day with a yellow smoothie. Why yellow? For the skin (no carotenes, no collagen!) and for the magnesium content, relaxing and friendly to the gut, excellent for the nervous system. Taken on an empty stomach, the enzymes in the fruit can "clean things up." Never mix fruit with any other ingredient. So in the blender:
-pineapple and/or mango and/or banana and/or peach and/or sea buckthorn & water
If you're hungry, just stop the smoothie and eat! The idea is never to be hungry but rather satisfied, the state that motivates us to cultivate this well-being conducive to self-realization. I bake a wonderful gluten-free banana bread for baby, I sometimes take a bite, but never at the same time as my smoothie (I take a whole pitcher). No added protein blend.
If you're leaning towards the ketogenic lifestyle, ditto, take the fat after the fruit.

Noon

Salad first. Same thing in the evening. If you want another dish (vegetarian or otherwise), start with the salad.
And yes, I can have a bite in the afternoon if I feel like it! I'm not on a diet! I'm in "I'm eating to gain well-being and vitality" mode! The better I eat, the better I feel, and that's the feeling I want to keep and multiply! I avoid dishes that make me want to sleep, that create a feeling of heaviness, or that take away the energy I want to emancipate myself. So I aim for lightness and everything that invigorates me.

Evening

When dinner came, we drank green juice on an empty stomach:
- cucumber, sprouts, kale, lettuce, pepper, peels, parsley, celery... plus two apples and a whole organic lemon (with its peel)
And in my salad I find 14-16 vegetables (broccoli, carrots, celery, peppers, fennel, endive, cabbage, beetroot, avocado, sweet potato, zucchini, cucumber, radish, radicchio, mushrooms, bok choy, snow peas, beans...) plus parsley and sprouts, plus leaves (arugula...), sprouted mung, walnuts (which can be soaked overnight), yeast and dulse
My sauce: 200 ml cup organic dynamic olive oil, 50 ml apple cider vinegar, 50 ml maple syrup, 50 ml damari
Or gourmet sauce: seed or nut butter of your choice diluted with water until the consistency of your choice, add maple syrup, lemon juice, tamari and toasted sesame oil! You'll ask for more!
And no, my children don't eat like me, except for my baby, who is attracted to vegetables and greens. However, they see me eating well, and I trust the inspiration. As for my boyfriend, he imitates me more and more, spying on and even being jealous of my meals; he reluctantly confides in me that his energy at work and training is increased tenfold, constantly modifying the size and pace of my very good and delicious salad (which I proudly like to serve to my guests too!).
In the evening, non-negotiable, they must drink green juice with us, it's my health insurance for them, for us, a direct way of sending the necessary nutrients (minerals, electrolytes, trace elements, vitamins, chlorophyll...) for the proper functioning of the cells of our body for which "calories" mean nothing but zinc, potassium, magnesium, vitamins A, C... yes!
And yes, I can take a chocolate in the arms of my lover because it makes me happy. You might also find me eating fries with my family! In general, I no longer eat bread since my friend Julie made me realize that it was useless! And I prefer organic without hesitation.
But the basis of my diet and my health is fruits and vegetables. You should know that I am not bored, on the contrary! And according to my blood tests, my doctor would tell you that I am not lacking anything????.
That being said, this is where I am and how I feel. No one way suits everyone. Take what speaks to us. There is always a less good than and a better than! The idea is to add vegetables and unprocessed foods to your life. And no one can insist that this is betting on health!
