Buckwheat flour, almond flour, a little baking soda and a cup of cooked quinoa/millet that I saved

1 cup cooked cereal, 2 cups buckwheat and almonds, 1/4 tsp baking soda. Roughly speaking, I forgot to measure.

Water, I would say 4 cups... I would have to try these proportions again to see if my guess is right. Otherwise I would replace the buckwheat with lentil flour and not millet. Cooked in olive oil. These days I cook them in the lid of my Scandinavian stove, a round cast iron pan and I make a batch of 15 pancakes that I keep in the fridge wrapped in a cloth. I do this twice a week maybe, since we don't eat bread.
