"When your salad bowl hasn't been completely used up, a good soup ensures nothing goes to waste! So simple it's annoying... sauté the vegetables in a little olive oil. For this one, I added sweet potatoes, then covered with a liter of (vegetable) stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to its lowest setting and cook for 25 minutes. And there you have it! The recipe can be varied endlessly.Yesterday my boyfriend added pieces of cauliflower and broccoli. This afternoon, I added cashew cream, pine nuts, and a little olive oil."
