To get more benefits, we simply soak them in water before eating them and then we can add them to our beautiful salad.
Why soak them? Because soaking helps eliminate enzyme inhibitors they contain, which can hinder digestion and the absorption of certain foods that could otherwise be blocked in the body.

We soak them for the indicated time and the most important thing is to throw away the soaking water and rinse thoroughly before eating them.
Almonds: 8 to 12 hours
Sunflower seeds: 2 hours
Flax seeds: 8 hours
Sesame seeds: 8 hours
Brazil nuts: 3 hours
Cashew nuts: 2 to 3 hours
Hazelnuts: 8 to 12 hours
Macadamia Nuts: 2 hours
Pecans: 6 hours
