SHOWER


Before starting your MJ thermal circuit, we recommend that you take a shower to prepare your body. This step helps to eliminate impurities, while opening your pores.

By cleansing yourself, you optimize the effectiveness of the sweating process. Clean skin that is ready to sweat will enable you to better enjoy the detoxifying, relaxing and regenerating benefits of this ritual.

DRY SAUNA


The circuit begins with the dry sauna, a serene space where the gentle, enveloping heat promotes relaxation. Upon entering, the body is welcomed by a soothing atmosphere that stimulates blood circulation and opens the pores.1

This first stage detoxifies the skin and releases muscle tension, offering a moment of well-being conducive to relaxation.6 It is possible to start with the dry sauna, or to choose to alternate with the steam bath according to preference.

THE COLD BATH


After enjoying the benefits of the sauna or steam bath, the second stage is the cold bath. This revitalizing moment of contrast tones the skin and stimulates circulation.1

The contact with cold water provides a feeling of awakening and lightness, in contrast to the previous heat. This stage helps to strengthen the immune system and revitalize the body, while providing a pleasant feeling of freshness.

THE STEAM BATH


The third stage of the circuit is the steam bath, where humid heat envelops the body in a serene atmosphere. The hot steam helps moisturize the skin and eliminate toxins while opening the airways.2,3,4

It is an ideal time to relax deeply, letting tensions evaporate. Essential oils can be added to enrich the sensory experience, creating a cocoon of well-being. As with the sauna, this stage can be done before or after the cold bath, as desired.

REPEATING THE CIRCUIT


One of the joys of this experience is the possibility of repeating the circuit as many times as you like. Whether to prolong the relaxation or to intensify the benefits, everyone can adapt the circuit to their own pace and desires.

Continuing the cycle deepens the feeling of well-being and offers total immersion in the hammam.

HOW YOU PREPARE?

1. HYDRATION

It is essential to hydrate well before the session. Drink enough water to compensate for the perspiration you will lose during the experience, especially in the dry sauna and steam bath.

2. PHYSICAL PREPARATION

Before entering the hammam, take a quick shower to remove impurities from your skin. This also allows you to better absorb the benefits of the different stages of the circuit.

3. RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES

Bring sandals for safe walking in wet areas. If you have any specific products (such as scrubs or essential oils), you can use them during the session to maximize the benefits of your circuit. Please note that exfoliants are only allowed in the shower.

The full experience lasts two hours, so make sure you have enough time to fully enjoy the circuit. You can repeat the sauna, cold bath and steam bath stages as many times as you like.

Approach the experience with a relaxed mind. The hammam is a place of relaxation. So leave distractions aside and focus on the present moment. This will maximize the benefits for body and mind.
