What it is?

Rosemary has had a good reputation in the kitchen as well as therapeutically for a long time. For example, in the Middle Ages, its branches were burned to purify the air during the great plague epidemics, or they were used to make crowns for ceremonies. Its richness in 1,8-cineole confers to him decongestant properties respiratory. 1 It gives off a pleasant, fresh scent but is not very compatible for diffusion unless it is diluted with other essential oils. A study also attributes to it an efficiency against hair loss. 2 Its multiple indications make it simply indispensable!

Recipes & Impressions - Yours

  • Simon F.: Small synergy in diffusion this morning at the beginning of my last study session: 6 drops of Ylang-ylang and 3 drops of Rosemary verbenone. It's a very nice blend. The Ylang-ylang calms me down, anchors me in the present moment, while the Rosemary verbenone brings a freshness and therefore gives me energy. The best of both worlds!
