Non-medicinal ingredients: Hypermellose, Cellulose, Magnesium stearate. 

Uses or purposes:

• Helps develop and maintain bones and teeth, immune function, absorption (and utilization) of calcium and phosphorus.
• Maintains good health. 

Recommended dosage: Women 19 years and over, 1 capsule once a day.
