Prepare your iced tea at home. It's simple with this delicious blend, which makes up to 6.5 litres of tea and keeps for up to 5 days in the fridge.

Here is a green tea-based blend that is as colourful as it is refreshing. Inspired by the Mediterranean warmth, it combines the vegetal flavours of rosemary and green tea with the zesty notes of grapefruit.

Flavours: Fruity, spicy

Format: 65 g

- Quantity: 1 tsp/ 250 ml of water
- Brewing temperature: 85°C/185°F
- Steeping time: 3-4 min

Cold brew preparation for one cup
- Use 1 tsp (2.5g) of the blend for 250 ml of cold water
- Add sugar to taste (+ or - 1/2 tsp per 250 ml)
- Let sit for 8 to 12 hours in the fridge, then filter

Hot brew preparation
- Use 2 tsp (5g) for 250 ml of boiling water
- Add sugar to taste (+ or - 1/2 tsp per 250 ml)
- Steep for 5 minutes, filter, pour into a cup filled with ice (250 ml)
