Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress over time (e.g. in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress).

Format: 150 capsules

- Withania somnifera is traditionally used in Ayurveda as Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic), to help relieve restlessness and nervousness which helps to promote sleep, for memory enhancement, to relieve general debility.
- Tribulus terrestris is traditionally used in Ayurveda as Mutrala (diuretic), as Vrsya (aphrodisiac) for men, to help relieve Arsa (haemorrhoids), to help relieve Mutrakrcchra (difficult/painful urination).
- Helps maintain normal levels of free and total testosterone in men aged 45 to 55
- Source of antioxidants.

Recommended dosages (Adults 18 and over): 5 capsules once a day. Take after meals.
