Recommended dosages: Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Children 5-8 years: 1 tablet 3 times a day. Adolescents 9-13 years: 2 tablets 2 times a day. Adolescents 14-18 years: 3 tablets 2 times a day
