St. John's wort

Recommended Dosages (Adults 18 years and older): 1 capsule 1-3 times daily. Use for at least 2 to 4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner if use extends beyond 18 weeks.

Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a psychological disorder such as anxiety or depression. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticonvulsants, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates. When using this product, exercise caution if driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur. When using this product, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or any source of ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are taking antidepressants, anxiolytics, anti-cancer medications, cardiovascular medications, contraceptives, anticoagulants, anti-HIV agents, and/or medications that inhibit the immune system.

Known adverse reactions: Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience muscle contractions or rigidity, tremors, agitation/confusion, accelerated heart rate, or hypersensitivity/allergy. When using this product, you may experience mild gastrointestinal upset, agitation, and/or headaches.
