What is this?

This broad-spectrum oil (often called Indian verbena) has a delicately lemony scent that is highly appreciated when diffused. It is also found as a traditional ingredient in Thai and Malaysian cuisines. A cousin of lemongrass, this refreshing exotic is a must-have!

Usage tips

• Uses : Aromatherapy, Diffusion, Bath, Cooking.

• Precautions for use : Before using an essential oil, if in doubt, here is a tolerance test to check your sensitivity to essential oils. Simply place 3 drops of the essential oil blend in the crook of your elbow or wrist and wait a few minutes for a topical reaction, or up to 48 hours for an allergic reaction. Caution: Do not use this test with essential oils that are considered dermocaustic or phototoxic, as they could cause skin burns.

• Caution : Do not apply undiluted to skin or mucous membranes. Avoid contact with eyes. Follow the recommended dosage. Keep out of reach of children.
