Oral Adults 18 & over: Take 1 capsule, 3 times per day. Consult a health care practitioner if use goes beyond 1 month.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures, if you are on a low-protein diet, if suffering from acute infection, if you are taking blood thinners, if you have low or high blood pressure or if you suffer from cardiac rhythm disorders, dementia or if you were struck by a cerebrovascular accident. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist and/or worsen.

Contraindications: Do not use if suffering from hypertension and/or if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.

Known adverse reactions: Stop taking if hypersensitivity symptoms occur and/or if you feel anxious.
