Balsam fir – Essential oil

Format: 5 ml

Certified pure

Origin: Canada

Native to Canada, balsam fir has long been used by Amerindians to fight colds, fevers, rheumatism and infections of the respiratory system.1 According to a Japanese study,2 walking in the forest and breathing in the compounds present in the air such as pinenes or limonene would reduce stress and help immunity.  Since it is not always possible to do so, in this case, breathing in this balsam fir oil could bring some of the benefits naturally found in the forest: relaxation and calm. A real oxygen bath within our reach!
