What it is?

MCT oil is an oil derived from coconut, but containing a higher concentration of medium-chain triglycerides (known as MCTs). This specific type of saturated fat makes up over 50% of coconut oil. In this case, fats become easier for the body to assimilate. In addition to being more easily digested and assimilated, our MCT-rich oil increases the body's fat-burning capacity, while providing energy.

Posology & Instructions for use

  • Adults 18 years and over: 1 tablespoon once per day. Take with food.
