Maison Jacynthe accepts returns only in cases of skin reactions, allergies, defective products, unused and damaged products within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate the return process for an order placed on the website, please contact our customer service at info@maisonjacynthe.ca and provide the following details:
- Description of the problem
- Order number
- Name of the damaged product(s)
- Proof of purchase (invoice and/or confirmation email)
- Supporting evidence (photo/video)
Please note that for hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged, and all purchases made are considered final sales.
If a product causes a skin reaction or allergy, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@maisonjacynthe.ca.
Specify the nature of the problem encountered and provide details. Although we cannot offer a refund, we will exchange your defective product.
It is imperative that customers contact our customer service for any exchange requests for orders placed via the website. Once notified, we will inform the store staff of your visit. If you are unable to visit one of our stores to process the exchange, please contact us.
In case of a shipping error or incomplete delivery, please contact our customer service at info@maisonjacynthe.ca.
If a product is damaged during shipping to your home, please contact our customer service at info@maisonjacynthe.ca within 48 hours of receipt to notify us. We will provide you with instructions to resolve the problem. Any damage to the products after receipt is the customer's responsibility.
Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
In Canada, we accept credit card and PayPal payments.
In Europe, we only accept payments via PayPal.
The shelf life of our products varies depending on their type and formulation, generally between 6 and 24 months. We recommend checking the pictogram indicated on each product.

- We opted for compostable bags (more expensive than glass bottles) so that we can reuse the bottles at home.
- With our new quarters, having everything under one roof, we avoid the transportation between materials, finished products, and shipments.
- We watch over and protect our heritage (our houses are ancestral) and we furnish them with carefully selected antiques.
