Recommanded dose: Children 4 to 8 years old: 1 tablet once a day. Adolescents (from 9 years old) & adults: 1 tablet twice a day. 

Medicinal ingredients: Ascorbate complex (vitamin C, sodium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, ascorbyl palmitate, niacinamide ascorbate, ascorbic acid) 500 mg/tablet.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Magnesium stearate, Citric acid, Polydextrose, D-fructose, Guar gum, Flavor, Silicon dioxyde, Stearic acid, Stevia leaf extract. 

Contains no dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast or corn.
