Athletic support. Improves strength/power/performance in repetitive bouts of brief, highly intense physical activity (e.g. sprints, jumping, resistance training) (by increasing [muscle/ intramuscular] [creatine/phosphocreatine/energy] levels). Increases body/(lean)muscle mass/size when used with a resistance training regimen.

N-(Aminoiminomethyl)-N-methylglycine monohydrate (Creatine monohydrate) ....................... 5 g 

Non-Medicinal ingredient: Calcium silicate. 

Recommended dosages (Adults 18 and over): Start with a loading phase of 5-7 days (1 scoop 3 times a day) and follow with a maintenance phase (1 scoop once a day). Ensure to drink optimal fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix the product in enough liquid (water, juice, etc.) to ensure the powder is immediately drinkable before consumption. 

Warnings:  Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have kidney disease/disorder. 

May result in weight gain.
