Culinary tips: Add chia to smoothies, juices, lemonades and other beverages, or to soups, salads and sauces. Sprinkle chia on oatmeal, yoghurt and cereals. Use chia in cake recipes as an egg substitute or gluten-free thickener.
Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture, for up to 24 months.
