Medicinal ingredients: Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis-Leaf), Eucalyptus radiata essential oil (Eucalyptus radiata - Leaf), Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita - Flowering twig), Rosemary essential oil (Rosmarinus officinalis - Blossoming twig), White thyme essential oil (Thymus zygis - Flowering top (herb))
Non-medicinal ingredients: Alcohol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) water, Abies Balsamea (Canadian fir) needle essential oil, Cinnamomum camphora (Camphor) leaf essential oil.
Recommended Use or Purpose: Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and coughs.
Recommended dose (Adults): 1 aerosol 1-3 times a day. Spray on a tissue and inhale occasionally or spray over a bowl of boiling water and inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not use orally. Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
Warnings and Risk Statements: Keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek emergency medical attention or call a Poison Control Center. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
Contraindications: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product.
Known Adverse Reactions: If nausea, dizziness, headache, or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use.
