Posology & Instructions for use

Recommended dosages (Adults 18 and over): 1 scoop once a day. Take with food/meal to avoid digestive upset. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Thoroughly mix one (1) scoop in one (1) or two (2) cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Avoid taking before bedtime.
