- Oil pulling with sesame oil, into which she pours half a bottle of Haleine fraîche for its pleasant taste.
- In warm or room-temperature water, she adds a pipette of electrolytes, to truly hydrate.
- A shot of tonic juice (lemon with turmeric & ginger roots) for kick, detox effect and to wake up her stomach.
- Fibers are essential to cleanse her system so that she feels well and also to optimize assimilations; they can also act as prebiotics.
- Breakfast: a protein shake. For Jacynthe, this is perfection, as it doesn't monopolize her energy trying to digest; on the contrary, the shake itself and the proteins support/tonify digestion, which becomes profitable.
