3. Be sure to reserve at least 48 hours before the pick-up day.
4. Go to the boutique to pick up your bulk salad on the scheduled date.

What is it?
My bulk contains between 12 and 14 varieties of vegetables, sprouts and germinations! Vegetables may vary according to market availability. (Organic Carrot, Organic Sweet Potato, Organic Broccoli, Organic Cauliflower, Organic Bok Choy, Organic Beetroot, Organic Celeriac, Organic Rabiole, Organic Kale, Organic Red Cabbage, Organic Kale, Organic Radicchio, Organic Radish, Organic Daikon, Organic Fennel, Organic Snow Peas, Organic Brussels Sprouts, Organic Mung Beans, Organic Parsley, Various Sprouts). May contain: Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy.
Complete at home, if you like, with fresh lettuce, peppers and tomatoes (which we can't include because they give off too much water). Wow! (It makes up my lunch and dinner meals, and I look forward to it every time. And most of all, I'm glad I ate it afterwards when I'm buzzing with energy).
