Moulin Abénakis pine nuts go well with many recipes: quiches, savoury tarts, salads... They're also delicious toasted, sprinkled over pasta.

Cooking tips: Indispensable in savoury recipes such as stuffing or pesto, and can even be used to add crunch to a cake. Pine nuts develop their full aroma when toasted.
Storage: In an airtight container, away from light, heat and humidity, pine nuts can be stored for two to three weeks. In the refrigerator, they will keep for up to three months, and up to nine months in the freezer.
