Recommended Dose (Postmenopausal Women)
1 capsule 2 times a day. Take one hour before bedtime.
Uses
Used in herbal medicine to help maintain cognitive function and/or reduce mental fatigue (in cases of mental tension), to increase physical capacity/performance (in cases of physical stress); as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (e.g., in cases of stress-related mental or physical fatigue); to relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats, paresthesias (tingling, burning sensation of the skin), insomnia, nervousness, dizziness, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness, to reduce hyperhidrosis/excessive perspiration/sweating (antihydrotic). Source of antioxidants. to relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats, paresthesias (tingling, burning sensation of the skin), insomnia, nervousness, dizziness, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness, to reduce hyperhidrosis/excessive perspiration/sweating (antihydrotic). Warnings

Stop use if you experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches.
