My essentials for a good night's sleep
Uses or Purposes: Traditionally used in phytotherapy as a sleep aid, to help sleep in cases of agitation or insomnia linked to mental stress, to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness (nervine/calmant).
Recommended dosage Adults: 1 measure 1 time per day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists beyond 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if symptoms worsen. Consult a health care practitioner before using this product if you are breastfeeding. Avoid consuming alcohol or any other product that may cause drowsiness and/or has analgesic effects.
Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant.
Known adverse reactions : Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur. If so, discontinue use.
