Produced from certified organic white garlic grown in the boreal zone.

The processing takes six weeks and results in an ebony coloured garlic with a balsamic and slightly sweet taste.

How to enjoy it

Black garlic can be used as a seasoning in cooking or eaten as is like a candy.

Add black garlic to your sauces, pastas, salads, in a butter or an aioli. Tasty with fish, seafood and grilled meat dishes.

Simply spread it on a crouton to enjoy the benefits of garlic without the smell and stomach upset.


Refrigerate after opening. Black garlic can be kept for up to one year.
