Jacynthe’s Gourmet & Family Protein Drink:
In 3 cups of plant milk (for the homemade version, simply your nut butter with water and your
sweetener - dates, maple syrup...) add:
- 3 tablespoons of protein
- a good fat like: nut butter, MCT oil, avocado
- vanilla extract (I choose alcohol-free)
- a pinch of iodized salt
... For my children, I like to include a banana (frozen to cool the drink); you can also add cocoa or carob for a chocolate version. Add water according to your taste for a more or less consistent texture. This amount (for 2 or 3 people depending on individual constitution and needs) gives 51 g of protein in total (39 g of rice protein + 12 g of nut butter protein); again, to be measured according to taste and needs! Cheers!
Flavourless (I therefore invite you, if you take it as it is in your vegetable milk, to add a little vanilla or cocoa and if necessary, a drizzle of maple syrup: MIAM) therefore without added sugar, we can incorporate into all our recipes and it offers 13 g of protein per 15 g serving, quite exceptional.
