Recommended Dose (Postmenopausal Women)

1 capsule 2 times a day. 

Uses

Used in herbal medicine to help maintain cognitive function and/or reduce mental fatigue (in cases of mental tension), to increase physical capacity/performance (in cases of physical stress); as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (e.g., in cases of stress-related mental or physical fatigue); to relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats, paresthesias (picoteas), etc, in cases of stress-related mental or physical fatigue); to relieve symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flushes, night sweats, paresthesias (tingling, burning sensation of the skin), insomnia, nervousness, dizziness, fatigue, rheumatic pain and vaginal dryness, to reduce hyperhidrosis/excessive sweating/sweating (antihydrotic). Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes or if you are taking antidepressants, blood thinners or digoxin. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a seizure disorder such as epilepsy. Stop use if you experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches.

Duration of Use

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
