Source of antioxidants. Sambucus nigra subsp. canadensis is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine (as an alterative) to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes. Used in Herbal Medicine to help maintain a healthy immune system. Sambucus nigra subsp. canadensis is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and mucus buildup (catarrh) of the upper respiratory tract). Sambucus nigra subsp. canadensis is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to promote sweating (diaphoretic) to help relieve fever (in cases of common colds, flus).
Recommended dosages (Adults): 1 scoop once a day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Mix well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.

Stop using this product and get medical help right away if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeats and/or difficulty breathing.
